HomeDone Right Inspections offers an educational course that teaches Realtors more about the product they are selling; the home system. This course covers roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, foundation, history of building marterials, common issues found in inspection processes, along with health and building codes.
This course will benefit agents when advising clients, understanding issues identified in the inspection process, aid in negotiations, and will give them a better understanding of how home systems function.
