Types of Inspections

Buyer Inspection: This inspection is performed for the purchaser who is under contract on a property. Its' sole purpose is to educate the client on the current condition of the home. Home inspections typically take an hour per thousand square feet.

Seller Inspection: This inspection is performed before a home is under contract. Its' sole purpose is to educate the seller on the condition of their home so they can make needed repairs and/or disclose the conditions to the purchaser. Home inspections typically take an hour per thousand square feet.

Re-Inspection: This inspection is performed after the seller of a property has completed repairs. It is to verify that all repairs agreed upon have been completed before closing.

Mold Inspection: A non intrusive inspection with air quality samples taken inside the home. These samples are sent to a lab where they can determine if mold is present and if so, what type is present.

Non-invasive visual examination of the condition of a home for pre-listing, pre-purchase, and real estate transaction inspections.
